"What
a beautiful home
- our visit was an all too-brief stopover -
a return visit then we can spend more
time in this fine and elegant place
is definitely in order."

Murray Manor was originally constructed as an English cottage
in the early 1820s. The Regency architecture is Georgian with
picturesque details such as the striking Gothic windows in the
living room and study. The dining room displays a wonderful
full height 4-bay window overlooking the gardens.
The
house is accented with the attractive and unusual 'prayer' windows
in each of the bedrooms. The house, centered in lovely manicured
gardens, is surrounded by the original freestanding stone walls
which provides a peaceful and relaxed setting.
